1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We may offer returns for change of mind at our discretion under the following conditions:

• Return request is made within 7 days of purchase

• Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is provided

Change of mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

• Special order or custom-made products

• Clearance or sale items

• Installed or used electrical components

• Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

5. Return Process
