Warranty Period: 1 year from Date of Purchase
Explorer Electronics ("we", "us", or "our") warrants that the V2 Power Distribution Hub ("the Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”), subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers the repair or replacement (at our discretion) of any part of the Product that proves defective due to faulty materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, provided the Product:
· Has been used for its intended purpose;
· Has not been subject to unauthorized modifications or alterations;
· Has been installed and operated in accordance with the product manual and specifications provided by Explorer Electronics.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
· Normal wear and tear.
· Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or improper installation.
· Damage resulting from alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by any party not authorised by Explorer Electronics.
· Damage resulting from the use of the Product outside its intended operating parameters, including, but not limited to, overcurrent, overvoltage, or incorrect environmental conditions.
· Consumables and accessories, unless otherwise specified.
Consumer Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Goods Act 1958 (VIC).
Under the ACL:
· Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.
· You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
· You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Claims must be made within the Warranty Period and be accompanied by proof of purchase. You may be required to return the Product to us for inspection.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the Product, or refund of the purchase price, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage.
